Simply Savory Gluten Free Ginger Snaps

Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter, oil or shortening
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3 cups Simply Savory Gluten Free Baking Mix
Preparation and Baking Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix butter, oil or shortening together with sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs, vanilla and molasses, mix until smooth and creamy.
- Add cinnamon, ginger, cloves, Simply Savory Gluten Free Baking Mix, and baking soda. Mix until everything is well mixed and clumps together nicely.
- Spoon 1 1/2 inch balls onto cookie sheet, about two inches apart.
- Bake 12 to 16 minutes in preheated oven.
- Let cool five minutes
