Simply Savory Gluten Free Ginger Snaps

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter, oil or shortening
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3 cups Simply Savory Gluten Free Baking Mix

Preparation and Baking Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix butter, oil or shortening together with sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs, vanilla and molasses, mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add cinnamon, ginger, cloves, Simply Savory Gluten Free Baking Mix, and baking soda.  Mix until everything is well mixed and clumps together nicely.
  5. Spoon 1 1/2 inch balls onto cookie sheet, about two inches apart.
  6. Bake 12 to 16 minutes in preheated oven.
  7. Let cool five minutes
